Location
Crisis room with a capacity of twenty people.
Challenge
To create maximum image and sound quality by means of various applications. The client requested a screen that could display four PCs at the same time. Back projection was intended to draw the eye away from the projector itself and mask its sound.
Solution
Image – The projector is behind a special screen that sends the light spectrum from the projector in a specific direction. This is an added advantage for projection quality. A mirror construction behind the screen allows you to place the projector close to the screen and yet display a big image.
Video conferencing – A multi-window processor makes it possible to display four different images on the screen. There is one built-in microphone for every two participants. These can be used for audio and video conferencing and for amplifying the voice during meetings.
Sound – An audio processor with integrated telephone line guarantees excellent sound quality via the ceiling loudspeakers – even with a large number of built-in microphones. There are also three wireless microphones.
Finishing – The table is equipped with ten PC connections in motorised recess cases.
Ease of use – A wireless touch panel controls the entire operation, including lighting and curtains. As there are many different types of user and many audiovisual options, the user can choose from three layouts: Easy, advanced and professional. That way, a participant coming into the room for the first time can easily use the controls.
