Job Description Audiovisual Coordinator :
Your responsibilities primarily involve managing and monitoring the equipment in consultation with the customer. This mainly includes the following tasks:

• Project preparation
• Using AutoCAD and Visio to design a comprehensive plan for how the equipment is to be installed
• Determining which materials are required (by consulting with our client’s management)
• Site visits and monitoring/reporting
• When onsite, monitoring the equipment and acting as a contact person for the client
• Hands-on installation is carried out by technicians
• Supporting the installation team with client-related issues.

Job Candidate Profile:

• You have an educational background in a technical area (or equivalent experience) and have demonstrable knowledge of, and affinity for, audio and video technology
• You (preferably) have at least 3 years’ experience in a technical capacity
• You speak Dutch and English and have a passive knowledge of French
• You have good computer skills (knowledge of AutoCAD or Visio is definitely a plus).
• You are neat and tidy
• You cope well with stress and can work both independently and as part of a team
• You have good communication and organizational skills
• You work in an organized and accurate fashion.

Job Description Audiovisual Technician/ Installer
You will be given training in the audiovisual services we provide, as well as our working procedures. Our assignments include the installation of projection, audio, video and conference equipment in our clients’ offices. Your job will include the following tasks:

• Cabling audiovisual equipment
• Installing and connecting audiovisual equipment
• Testing the whole installation before delivery
• Programming straightforward operating systems
• Acting as onsite contact person for the client

Profile:

• You have an educational background in a technical area (or equivalent experience) and have demonstrable knowledge of, and/or an affinity for, audio and video technology
• You (preferably) have experience in a technical capacity
• You are client-oriented and friendly
• You speak Dutch and English and have a passive knowledge of French
• You have good computer skills
