If you know how to use Outlook*, the rest is easy. Simply book meeting rooms in the same manner. You can also book and cancel meetings directly on the touch-sensitive screens.

Green or red background LED illumination that can be seen at a distance to display indicates whether the meeting room is free or not.

Find free rooms and slots at a touch. Extend a meeting that is under way by opening the door and touching the screen. The system can suggest alternative meeting rooms if the next slot is already occupied.

The system interacts with the company Microsoft Exchange Server, so the system will be familiar to anyone who has ever booked a meeting in Outlook*.
